The installation process was smooth and Bart went really above and beyond keeping us informed and answering our questions. BART was kind and very easy to understand as he explained all aspects of the workings about my new generator His pricing was inline and affordable. I am so pleased with my new generator. it has kept me from being without A/C on 5 occasions in less than 6 months. Works exactly as promised by Bart. I would highly recommend Bart Wilson and his company to purchase your generator. You will not regret it. plus installation was a breeze 2 days then propane brought in then BART comes back to complete and explain the workings. I love the security and money I have saved already from losing food and gasoline and mess with old generators in the past. purchased a generator from him and he installed it. Pricing was very competitive but more importantly was the service. Had a true test a few months later. Experienced a power outage at 430am. Had an electrical component in the transfer switch that had failed. Sent him a text with the expectation of a return call around 6am. My phone rang within 10 minutes and we bypassed the component and BART was here later that morning. That is customer service. Definitely recommend him.
